  • With the RFM analysis, we segmented Pajar’s customer base into behavioural groups, identified high-value and at-risk customers, and uncovered seasonal trends to personalize campaigns, boost lifetime value, and increase conversion rates. Read more in our full RFM case study here.
  • A client facing overstock issues due to unexpected weather turned to us to help increase cart size and drive more purchases before the season ended. Through product affinity analysis, we identified 34 key product pairings with strong, statistically significant associations and used these insights to build bundles that outperformed previous offers and boosted overall sales.
  • For another client, we built a MarketingMix Model (MMM) using machine learning, promo calendars, and Google search trends to isolate baseline demand and measure the true impact of Google Ads and Meta. The analysis revealed spending inefficiencies, and our reallocation recommendation is projected to generate $330K in additional revenue with no increase in spend, all while improving ROAS!
