As a Jr. Graphic Designer you will be responsible for:
- Assist the Graphic Designer and Email Marketing Specialist with supporting the development and implementation of email marketing campaigns and automation.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for design projects.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain high-quality standards.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in design.
- Contribute to layout, typography, and photography decisions.
- Conduct market research
- Create & post social media creatives for Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or DEC in related discipline plus one to three years of professional experience.
- Experience in designing impactful creative for social media channels, primarily for Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Acrobat. Experience creating assets in Microsoft Office – Outlook (OTF), PowerPoint, G Suite, etc.
- Experience in designing for advertising, collateral development, events, websites, presentations, recruiting, social media, templates, and environmental design.
- High verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate and present creative ideas and concepts convincingly.
- Understanding of print and digital production and workflow
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced, team-oriented work environment under tight deadlines.
